Age verification and purchase requirements
All users must be at least 21 years of age to access this website and purchase our products. We strictly enforce this requirement. By proceeding, you confirm that you are 21 years or older. We reserve the right to verify age at the point of delivery, and an adult signature (21+) is mandatory for all alcohol shipments. Packages cannot be left unattended.
GOVERNMENT WARNING:
(1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
(2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may cause health problems.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
PINK DIAMONDS Co. WINES & SPIRITS is not liable for shipping delays. Local state laws regarding alcohol shipment supersede all terms. Due to the perishable and regulated nature of our luxury goods, all sales are final upon delivery and signature, and we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon arrival. Proof of damage is required within 48 hours of delivery. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order is processed and cannot be changed.
Intellectual property and data privacy
All content, designs, and branding, including the PINK DIAMONDS Co. name and 4D embossing motifs, are the exclusive property of SENYC Consulting Global Services LLC and may not be reproduced without express written consent. We respect user privacy and adhere to secure, encrypted e-commerce standards to protect your personal information.
Governing law and liability
The laws of the state of Georgia govern these terms and conditions. PINK DIAMONDS Co. WINES & SPIRITS shall not be held liable for issues arising from product consumption or third-party fulfillment errors. Our "all sales final" policy, due to the regulated and perishable nature of alcohol, is strictly enforced.
